- 12 outside windows offices. Rates from $500 to $5,000 per month
- 12 interior atrium window offices. Rates from $250 to $1250 per month
- 6 interior offices. Rates from $250 to $900 per month
- Secretarial Spaces available. Rates from $350 per month
RECEPTIONIST/MAILDROP SERVICES AVAILABLE:
- Use of 2000 Riverside Drive Address with mail-sorting $100 per month.
- Use of 2000 Riverside Drive Address with mail-sorting and includes 10 hours per month of
conference room use. $300 per month
- One phone line answered by receptionist with a voice mailbox can be added to these
services for an additional charge of $ 50 per month minimum
OTHER CHARGES:
- Parking: $40 per space per month
- Switchboard: $75 per line to set up initially
- Phone Rental: $25 per month per unit
- Voice Mail: Initial set-up charge of $25 per mail-box to set up
- $25 per month for voice mail box
- Fax: $1 per page incoming and $1 per page outgoing
- Photocopy: .12 for first 1000 pages per month and .10 per page thereafter
- Conference Rooms: Courtroom
- $40 per hour (after 12 hours per month)
- Glass Conference Room: $25 per hour (after 12 hours per
month)
- Smaller Conference Rooms: $20 per hour (after 12 hours per month)
- Deposits: First and last month's rent plus $50 application fee, $300 cleaning deposit
